Return and Exchange Policy for Zadaans
At Zadaan Scents, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we have established the following return and exchange policy:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of purchase.
The perfume must be in its original condition, not used more than 10% and unbroken bottle
Personalized or custom-made perfumes are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Samples/Testers bottles are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or phone within the 30-day return period. Provide your order details and reason for return or exchange.
Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please pack the product securely, including all the items.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.
It may take 4 to 5 working days
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product is defective or damaged.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product for a different scent or variant, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team.
The exchanged product will be shipped to you after we receive and process the return.
If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged product, you will be either refunded or charged accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately.
We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
If the product is confirmed as defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made scents (unless defective or damaged) and products that have been used or opened.
Please note that this Return and Exchange Policy applies only to purchases made directly from Zadaan Scents. If you purchased our products through authorized retailers or third-party websites, please refer to their respective return and exchange policies.
